For example, in Japan, the term shinrin-yoku which translates to ‘forest bathing’ is used to describe absorbing the forest atmosphere or forest bathing. Similarly, the mindful practice of meditating in the forest has become so popular that ‘skogsbad’ has made its way into the Swedish dictionary.
